Veronica's Veil

You can host Veronica's Veil in Your Home!

The Men's Prayer Group at St. Peters, along with Archangel Crusade of Love, is offering you, your family and friends, and perhaps your prayer group, the opportunity to host, for one week in your home, the original black ink on linen relic of Veronica's Veil.

Our Community has access to TWELVE original, historical, and sacred relic images that were issued by the Vatican dating as far back as 1867. Each one of these relics has been touched to the original Veronica Veil, the Wood of the True Cross, and to Longinus' Lance (the lance used to spear Christ).

We are blessed to honor, in Veronica's Veil, the Holy Face of Jesus in our Parish. It is a historical fact that Veronica's Veil was known to be miraculous from the start. Centuries later, several Holy Fathers and many Saints have both loved and promoted devotion to the Holy Face as a means of consoling Jesus and in making reparation for sins.

As long as our community shows interest, the Veils will continue to circulate in our homes. You can find a treasure trove of information on devotion to the Holy Face on the internet. Search it out! And if you want to experience Veronica's Veil in your home, sign up now. We will call you one to two weeks ahead of time when it's your turn to host an image!
