Marriage Preparation

Please contact one of the parish priests at the Parish Center Office at least six months in advance of the wedding.

Engaged couples are expected to be registered at a parish and attending Sunday Mass regularly. Pre-Marital preparation is required and done with the parish priest, in conjunction with programs such as Pre-Cana. Registration for the parish's Pre-Cana Day is FULL; however, couples looking for Pre-Cana Days can visit the diocesan website for a list of upcoming days (dioceseofcleveland.org/events/category/precana). 

The priest preparing you will discuss the details of preparation. Wedding dates will only be added to the parish calendar by a priest, after meeting with an engaged couple.

If you are re-marrying after divorce or seeking to clarify your marital status, please call one of the priests at the Parish  Office about a church annulment. These are now free of charge in the Diocese of Cleveland.
